July 7th, is National Macaroni Day, my friends! How awesome is that? My husband and I have been huge fans of mac & cheese for much longer than we conceived Mac! Mac & Cheesery, so it is fitting that we got married on July 9th (the Saturday after Nat. Mac Day)...and even more fitting that some anonymous friends gifted us a Costco-sized flat of mac & cheese as a wedding gift. It was meant to be!

I believe that weekend will be the Mississippi Ave Street Fair, so we'll be sure to find some way ...

We have done a lot of experimenting with mac and cheese. It's the toughest part of the job, but someone has to do it! These guys take it to an EXTREME!
